REFUND Policy

The refund policy will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Selection of a discounted package.
  • Approval of the primary design concept.
  • Request for revisions.
  • Non-refundable status for urgent design projects.
  • Cancellation unrelated to the company.
  • Client's unresponsiveness or lack of contact for more than two weeks during the project.
  • Violation of company policies.
  • Engagement with another company or designer for the same project.
  • Inadequate information in the creative brief.
  • Request for a complete design overhaul.
  • Exceeding the specified 'request for refund' time frame.
  • Closure, name change, or business alteration.
  • Non-refundable reasons such as 'change of mind,' 'disagreement with partner,' personal reasons, or any unrelated service-related matters.
  • Application of a 12% processing fee to all client-initiated refund requests.
  • Ineligibility for refund once the final files have been delivered following the client's request.
  • Non-applicability of refund and revision to items offered for free.
  • Services, including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • For websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website has entered the development phase.
  • For logos, refunds will not be entertained once the client has provided positive feedback on revisions, and the design has been prepared for final files.
  • Refunds are not applicable to work outsourced by a third party.
Additionally, the company may employ customer testimonials and logos on its other online and offline platforms.
