REFUND POLICY

5Solution will provide a full refund in the event that the project has not commenced within 20 days of purchase. However, this policy is subject to termination at our discretion, irrespective of circumstances, and solely applies if the request is initiated following the review of initial concepts (subject to a 10% processing fee deduction). Any requests for revisions following the review of initial concepts will nullify this offer and be considered part of the project.

  • The refund policy is inapplicable to discounted offers.
  • The refund policy does not apply if the client has been unresponsive for a period exceeding 20 days.
  • Clients may request to place their project on hold for a specified duration; however, a refund will not be granted under such circumstances.
  • The refund will be invalidated if the request pertains to issues beyond the company's control, such as business closure or disputes with a partner over the design.
  • Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
  • The company shall not refund any client whose work was outsourced to 5Solution by a third party.
  • In the event that a refund has been processed, the client or entity shall have no authority to utilize any shared design work. Any such utilization shall constitute a breach of contract, subject to legal action.
  • Clients shall not be entitled to a refund after initiating a payment dispute, and such actions shall result in contract termination.
  • Clients may always contact 5Solution in the event of discrepancies between the contract and commitments made.
  • In cases of duplicate charges, a 100% refund shall be issued.

Please Note : Refunds may take 10-15 days after the cancellation request. However, the client may not utilize any provided work shared by 5Solution. In the case of bundle purchases, only the service in question shall be eligible for a refund.

Upon completion of the refund process, 5Solution shall assume full ownership rights over the designs.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver all our services in accordance with the specified date outlined in the Order Confirmation email. Clients shall receive an email notification regarding their delivery. Upon placing an order, clients shall receive an order number to facilitate tracking and request revisions. Additionally, we offer Rapid Delivery services that clients may avail themselves of by paying an additional fee. Please consult our customer support for further details.

Our commitment to unlimited revisions is guaranteed, with a turnaround time of 48 hours.
